Mechanical assembly

An assembly line is a production process, often called progressive assembly. The product parts are moved from one station to another as a semi-finished assembly until the final production parts are added. With the mechanical movement of parts to the assembly job and the movement of semi-finished parts from workstation to workstation, a finished product can be processed faster and with less workload unless the workers in that department move the parts to the fixed part for assembly.
Here, electronic processor boards of ultrasound devices are assembled and electrically tested by fully automatic machines. Then, after programming the processors, the performance of the outputs is evaluated and, after quality control and passing the tests, enters the assembly stage.
